Today I've found i'm very light headed, and dizzy. It feels like when you stand up too quickly. But its worst when I lean foward or look down. Infact I'm getting dizzy now.
I even ended up taking a long nap and laying down made me really dizzy, especially closing my eyes
I don't know if they're related but my stomach's been really bothering me too.
I've been dieting lately, working out alot too and recently lost 10 lbs.
Any ideas as to what it is or how I can get rid of it?
