Question about utorrent?

What should my settings be to get the quickest download possible. I don't understand exactly how torrents work but i'm learning. My internet downloads at about 60 kb/s normally and in utorrent the download rate is about 4 kb/s. what can i do to make this faster because the 700 mb file i'm trying to download says its going to take a couple of days

This is usual for a torrent. Torrent speeds come from what you upload to other people and how many peers/seeds you have connected to. If your using a router you should go into its settings and setup a port forward, this will give utorrent a port that it can use for sharing. Good Luck!
