Theres not really a certain age that one starts her period. It all depends on the person. The average age in Americans is 12 years old. The typical age range is about 11-15 years old.
The biggest indicator is to look at when your mom started her period. For example if hers started early, then most likely yours will too.

The age a person starts their first period can differ with each person. The age in which it can happen can be as young as 9 and as old as 18. If you are concerned about it make an appointment with your GYN and they can run a few tests to see if there are any reasons why a person wouldn't have a period yet.

There is no age. You could be anywhere from about 9 to 16 or 17. I have heard of some girls starting as early as 8 and starting as late as 18. Everyone is different.

There is not a certian age. anywhere from 9-15. I have seen on the Discovery Channel that there is something magical about 110 lbs.

I'm not sure if there is a certain age. But each girl is different. I started mine in the 3rd grade. A lot of girls do and that is normal. Because of a lot of health issues that I have. But most girls start in Jr. High.

Around 10-13 maybe even later. Just depends on your body. I developed early and got mine when I was 11.
