determining uniformly distributed variable.... ?

If I have an angle Ri for , i = 0 to 39, i.e R0,R1,R2....,R39. And if Ri is uniformly distributed between 0 to 2*Pi , what is the value of each Ri ?

Ri|0-->39 means that you have 40 R's, so
Each Ri = 2pi/40 = pi/20
