How do you download ringtones if they haven't already, even though you bought it?

I have a Nokia 6101, and a T-mobile plan.
I bought the ringtone, but it failed to download. I don't want to buy it again, how can I download it?

Same thing happened to me from Cingular. I called them and they put them on free. It was a problem they were having. Call T-Mobile or the company you downloaded from. You should have received a text from them, reply back and let them know.
Don't download them again or you will be charged twice.
