No, I would want ancient Chinese traditions returned. The readings of Confucius and ancient Chinese poets, Li Pu for example. I would want a re-education in ancient Chinese medicines and foods.
I went to Beijing last year, there was so much construction going on for the Olympics next year - apart from Chinese food, there was nothing 'Chinese' at all about this city. Of course there is the Great Wall, but it was full of tourists and the Forbidden city was awesome, but simply a remnant of the past.

If i were emperor of china i would tear everything western down and restore it to the old ways. I wouldnt adopt the typical western military either. I would have a cavalry of samurai to aid my troops in a community where they would be treated as equal. I would also have ninjas. HOOOOOWAAAAAHHH!!!!
