Okay, I'll try to answer this from the guy's side as i am a man and i'll tell you exactly what i see: You do look beautiful and especially your skin color is very attactive with you eye color. But don't expect guys to ask girls like in movies; many men don't want to be rejected unless they get some kind of connection. At the same time, if you show yourself too much available, it looks very bad and desperate. I would suggest if you are looking for someone, go more to public places such as book stores, cafes,... and try to start the conversation by asking for help (e.g. pen, time, borrow phone,...) then if you see a connection and they are interested you have pretty good chance. Again, Self-Confidence is first!!! Do not look down at yourself!
