I want to build a website where my visitor can view my book(on PDF format). But they must see it on the website and can't download it. Is there any way to do it?how?

The best you can do is set the PDF user interface options to hide the menubar and the toolbar. This will stop some folks from downloading but not everybody. It will eliminate the "save a copy" icon and command that normally show up in the Adobe toolbar, but it will not stop anyone from using their web browser's File / Save As command, if they know enough to do that.

maybe you can open a new window (pop-up) with only a title bar and the content.. (chromless window) and load the PDF from it. [i haven't tested it yet, but it may work probably..]

although it may not work if the user have no acrobat reader..

well, just a thought...

You can't.

DRM is bad.
