It depends. If you're refering to a name of a person (girl), then it can be spelled in any way that person prefers it to be. It's her name after all. Jacqulene doesn't seem bad for a name.

There are at least four ways:

Jacqueline (the most common)
Jaqueline
Jacalyn
Jackolyn (very uncommon, but I have a friend who spells it this way)

Then there's also Jaclyn, which is another variation that's pronounced a little bit differently.
