How much should I pay someone to clean up my new build house?

I charge 30 dollars an hour 5 hour min. 1500 squ ft each additional 500 feet 1 hour etc.. and when I am thru I get a tip! It is hard work but someone got to do it! Crew of 2 60.00 an hour and I understand thru realtors I am cheap.

Its difficult to even guess at a price since you did not give us the size, number of rooms, with or without basement etc.

you should pay them $50 in hour because he or she is working so hard i mean.
