HIM is decent, but in all honesty, the guitarists in A7X are much better, write much more interesting solos and riffs, etc. They attract a wider range of music (the opening of Strength Of the World has a WIDE range of styles and influences, picking patterns of RHCP with a backing old western guitar to choruses and violins, etc), and overall are just more defined and stronger. The only thing HIM might have on A7X is singing, but even then, A7X's singer is really good. (it's hard to sing so well over loud instruments. I bet if you get him in acoustic recordings, he sounds amazing)

I say they're both tops in what they do...personally they're both part of my favorites list...i can't say who's better...but i will say Synyster Gates is better on the guitar from what i've seen Linde do so far

well a7x is my fave band but i do luv him.... its a hard choice. i guess a7x cuz they have relle good guitar solos
