my favorite book is Outlander by Diana Gabaldon.
It is the first in a series that has six books at the moment, but I heard the seventh is due out in Aug, or Sept.

I have so many favourites, at the moment it's Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan series. For classic, I love Jane Austen's books.

I don't think I can choose one book. I like so many.
I just read The Sun Also Rises and I think it was really good, and I'm re-reading it to find the stuff I missed. I also really like Rand.

Wuthering Heights is a great recommendation, but I think you would also love Lorna Doone.
