What is with all the wrestling questions on yahoo? I used to be a die hard wrestling fan, but that died out after the age of 12, so what's the fascination with guys jacked up on steroids having scripted fights with each other?

When I say these guys are jacked up I mean it. It's no secret that wrestlers have been using steroids for decades now. Just a week ago 11 wrestlers were on a HGH list after a shipment was raided by police.

ive never watched much of wrestling but when i do turn to it all they do is stand around and talk how this guys going to smash this others guys brains in. its boring. up til the age of 10 or so it looks cool but now i watch it and u can see how fake it is. like when a guy stops his punch 3in from the other guy and then that guy falls like he was hit by a cinder block its stupid. UFC is better because its real and they dont hav to bring out chairs or bats or watever to make ppl watch

Actually, performance enhancing drugs are illegal in professional wrestling. The fascination for me is the athletic ability of these guys. It may be scripted, but it's not a mattress they are wrestling on. A bodyslam still hurts even though they know its coming. Professional wrestling is basically a soap-opera with some guys throwing each other around. Even if you don't like the idea, you at least have to admire the athletic ability of the men in the squared ring...

Yeah, Rey Mysterio, Matt and Jeff Hardy, CM Punk etc are all jacked up on steroids, right? Did you check out Eugene's bacne?

They should move Rassling over to another category on Answers. Some thing like Circus, or Snake Oil Show. The fact it that it draws is irrelevant, if public hangings were allowed then it would draw, same type of people I dare say.

dude the real wrestling is not interesting compare to pro wrestling
pro wrestling has a market and it sells
thats why people are interested in it
