To dismiss or confirm whether you're pregnant, buy one of those test kits. Get the two-pack, so you can run a second test if you think the first was a fluke.
You should also talk to your doctor about the combination of meds you're taking. And yes, sometimes stress can cause your body to get out of whack, but I don't think it would cause it to get this out of whack, especially if this isn't something that has occured before.

1st of all, Take a home pregnancy test rather than wonder. It will be an accurate result if your period is this late. 2nd, didn't you research the antidepressant you are taking, just read the fact sheet that comes with your rx, or talk to your dr. Most antidepressants will delay or mess up your cycle. There is no way to start your period, you cannot control your body, and any herbal "remedies" will only cause bleeding and cramping, but not ovulation. I suggest testing yourself so you know for sure, and be safe from now on, you do not want to get pregnant until your body is WELL-adjusted to the anti-depressant. you need to know if the paxil is helping you, and with all the crazy hormones that accompany pregnancy, you would not have any idea.

All of those reasons are plausible. I have a friend who is on no medication and didn't have a period for 4 months due to stress (not sexually active either). You could take a preg test to make sure. You just have to wait and try to relax.

antidepressanst, anti-epileptics, etc are notorious for fertility. you are not pregnanat. chemical sea in which all of us are floating makes it most difficult to become pregnant. these chemicals have disturbed fertility globally.
so many problems have been caused that getting a healthy pregnancy and baby is most difficult.
Birth control is another source of spoiling your fertility. You get cycles but not become pregnant. after few years of b/c pills you dont need them anymore since fertility is zero then!
de-stress yourself and regain cycles! yes without any medication they will come back provided you are patient.

If you take birth control, many medicines (possibly your antidepressants) cancel out its effects and allow pregnancy
Or it could be a scare
You may just be irregular this time!
