I'd say you were looking for a prism...they should have some at a mall or a nature shop (if you have any near you).
I think they're pretty cheap and, if your light's right, you'll get a good rainbow every time - just have a good background to show it on if it's something you have to bring out in front of a bunch of people.

I have no idea what your talking about unless you mean the rainbows that appear in the sky. They are cheap...free is as cheap as you can get.
You find them in rain,mist and ect..

Huh? What do you mean - they are created in nature. you could spray water into the air on a sunny day and create your own though.
