u get a pic of the main person with a red skull on the back its really cool i had it till i got graw 2 pic but its still a good feeling when i finally get it good luck

I've beat the game on insane you don't get a gamer pic you get points and ancivements. I beat the game on all three modes. You can check out my profile on xbox live it's bluedragoon1818

It's just another gamer pic. The gamer pics are nothing great from that game. Some are still interesting, but I didn't find anything amazing.
