You must behave how you expect others to behave. If you want water to become hot, you must apply a heated source. Likewise, if you expect others to become enlightened, you must act so yourself. Be compassionate, empathetic, helpful, and meditate. Then talk about it, blog about it, whatever, just don't loose sight of why you are doing it.

No one can lead or help someone to enlightenment. It is a task that each person does on his own. When one has made the committment to move forward and has a sense of what enlightenment is about, at that point much assisstance is available. The initial committment can only be made as an individual.
The only people who can be helped are the ones already on the journey.

If you mean by enlighten to think and feel about things the way that you do, the best way would be for you to write a book that spells out clearly what those views are/should be. Then you can simply make the book available for people to read and recite. If not enough people are interested in your book, well then, military coercion may be necessary, but it would just be for their own good, so it should be OK.

Not much, with all of the information around these days people are still as ignorant as in history. Only the reason has changed. There is so much information around but it is telling them what they don't want to hear, they and only they are responsible for thier own lives. It is frigthening to think that what is happening to you know is a result of what you did then or what you are doing now i.e. not letting go of the past.

To enlighten people you must first take away their fear of enlightenment.

Hope this helps.

Be true to yourself and be honest. I don't think those things are too much to ask. Your personal truths and honesty can help enlighten people in ways you never thought possible.
