This is going to sound so weird but these are the things I remember about this book. Keep in mind it's been nearly 20 years since I last saw it. It was a soft cover but large. It was about a little doll and a teddy bear. It was actual pictures rather than drawings. They were like the adult lady's children. They made a day of getting into stuff. Like dressing up in the mothers clothing, putting on her make up and stuff like that. I remember them getting a spanking, and that's about it. It was such a facinating book because it looked so real since it was real photos and not drawings. I really want to bring this book in to my home for my two young daughters but kind anything like it for the life of me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Was it "Edith and Mr. Bear" by Dare Wright?

There's a whole series of these books by Dare Wright. On the B&N page, click on the author's name and it'll bring up all of her books that are available.
