why cant women have more than one man even if she have a husband or boyfriend

I don't know where you have been but i believe the term you are looking for is.........."PLAYER" AND players have been around for a looooooooooong time, it's not legal to be married to more than one woman but mormans and muslims believe it is okay to have many.......its part of their religion. Because our culture and society has constructed morality and taboos that say that polygamous behavior is wrong.
There is nothing over arcing everything that says multiple partners is wrong, just our culture (and that of much of the world) has decreed it wrong.

like, for marriage? cause it is illegal. if you are talking about just sleeping around with multiple women, that is legal. it is immoral by societal standards, but if the other girls are ok with it at least you have something backing you up

you can have as many as you can afford.. marriage however, well that just makes things like inheritance laws too difficult lol.

U.S. law says you can't marry more than one, no one says you can't have more than one. If the women are OK with it, then no harm, no foul.
