He did a voice to a cartoon witch also had Brendan Fraser voice. Would anyone know the name of the cartoon and know if that cartoon has come out in theatres or DVD yet?

The name is "Big Bug Man" and tentative release is 2008.

I read about that last year. Apparently Brando wanted to do something different and (I kid you not) got a kick out of basically doing a drag character. He was one of our great actors, skilled in comedy and drama, and his part in the cartoon should be a hoot.
