I forgot mine but I remembered I had level 1 because I quited after playing it for 2 minutes.

why yes you can have 1 .. if you make an account and play it till your charecter is lvl 80 .. i worked hard for my lvl 80 account and that is the only way you can get a legal account. so have fun

well, any decent and hard working player will be reluctant to surrender thier account. i suggest you be like them and train your account till you get to yor goal lvl i wish you luck. a few easy ways to get up you lvl is..
fight these monsters...
from lvl 3-7 : goblins
8-20: guards or magicians
20-25: dwarves or dark magicians
25-35: chaos druids
35- 55: i still do chaos druids
55-65- check the link below

lol nice scam i quit rs long time ago but i never gave away my account hes lvl 46 and has every holi item but i douobt ill give him away. hes a symbol of how ridiculous rs players can be.
