it was just rat droppings in one case, I live in Phoenix too!!
Ive seen worse when I went out of the country I saw rats all over food as they were selling to customers

I heard of rats in Chinese food but not on Walmart donuts.

Its just a sign that Phoenix is becoming civilized. Wait till your housing bubble pops and you get tons of abandoned houses for them to breed in!

ewwwwwww.... yes!!! I saw that it was sooo gross, but then again I've seen a ton of rats in the grocery store I work at, pest control can't control them. makes ya think how dirty our little world really is.
