Nearly every one has a cigarette vending machine, and usually there are signposts and/or street names. Living in a country where the first would be taught an invitation to drug abuse and the second is the absolute exception I found that truly amazing.

no, not really, they reduced them.
and you are only able to get cigarettes when you are over 18 years old or you use a banque card which is owned by an adult.
