What if someone's both "horizontally abundant" AND "vertically challenged"? Does that make them "diagonally confused"?

weight challanged? skinny? or too fat to do anything?
car challanged? to drive? to pick one out?
Hearing challanged? Does this mean I want to challange someone to a hearing test?
Hair challanged? lack of ? or don't know how to fix it? A hair dual?
