It's normal.
Remember two things:
1. In the summer, the sun bleaches it.
2. In the winter, they are hidden under long sleeves.
NOBODY notices it. Trust me, I have had hairy arms since I was 13.

It's completely normal. Some girls get their arms waxed but that's only if you're really bothered by it. Not everyone is perfect and luckily its not another body part that has to be shaved, we ladies shave enough body parts as it is. I would love to see men shave as often as we do. There is no reason for anyone to think your arms are abnormal, every girl has it.

you are not a freak, it is ok sometimes people have hairy arms, just don't shave it because it will get worse

It doesn't mean anything except that you have a larger amount of hair, or that your hair is coarse.
