I am broken off with my sons dad b/c he wanted to fulfill his sexual needs with somebody closer to him. Anyway, today he was on the phone with our son and at first I picked up as usual and talked to him about what we're doing when he called and then I gave the phone to our son.
During their conversation I could hear someone just pressing buttons and it wasn't our son, I took the phone and it wasn't him, but it was his jealous ***** being stupid and immature. It had to be cuz he tried to play it off when I asked who was doing that like my son was still on the phone. I know she is very jealous of me b/c he tells me that and that they argue every time he speaks to me.
Now why would a "grown woman" do that mess to a 9 yr old? I have told the man to keep her in check and that if she continues that petty crap he can't call here. What would do if you were him or me?
BTW, he is tired of her sh!t but afraid to go to jail if he tries to kick her out b/v he is a felon and she threatend him.

No they are not married not have kids but she is crazy and I've heard her act crazy and he knows she is but that is what he gets.

She is very immature! He needs to move on....let her threaten as long as he is not doing anything illegal now...what's the problem. I would not deny a child of a loving parent...is it possible for them to talk while she is out? One more think about your ex...he made his bed now let him sleep in it!!!

My first question to you is this --Is the someone closer to him, his wife and you and he have a love child? If so, you might as well face the fact that they will probably always be together. Do they have children as well? There are consequences to our actions, and it sounds like your child is paying those consequences. The most important thing in the situation is for your son and his father be able to build a strong and positive relationship. They can't do that if you and the other woman interfere. Be the bigger and stronger woman and let your son and his Dad have their privacy in their phone conversations. As long as your son is not abused or neglected by his dad or step-mom or whatever she is, you should let it go. I would instruct the child to let you know if he ever feels uncomfortable around his dad and/or the other woman. Then you can take action if it is needed.
By the way, since he is felon, you are probably better off without him. The best revenge in this type of situation is to never let them know it bothers you. If you do, you are giving away your power, and they will probably have a good laugh at your expense and behind your back. Find greener pastures and build you a better life WITHOUT the felon or his type.

As I reread your question - I am getting a hint that you want this guy back? Are you nuts? Once he left you for someone else you needed to get your self respect together and shut that door.Don't worry that she is crazy you need to make sure that you are stable for your son. His father is a felon - this lady is probably not the type of person I would suggest be around your son but with divorce laws being what they are you won't be able to stop that contact. I want you to understand that your son needs a relationship with his dad no matter how crappy it is --it is better for a child to know they are wanted by their father and no matter how annoying the new gf is to you your son needs his Dad and you have no legal right to stop him from seeing his father. Get some counseling and find a way to handle it -- you have another ll years of this nonsense. Sorry I know this isn't what you wanted to hear -k-

I would just tell him that if that keeps up when you are talking to your child then u cant call here anymore. In the other that girl needs to chill out and act her age because when someone is interefering with a child of mine if I had one I would havve to tell her about herself or have him tell her. I dont know but she probably needs to go to a class to control her anger and jealousness and concerns with a concelor.
