I am looking for courses that I could start anytime I wanted and go at my own pace. However, any online UC-transferable college course would be OK. If you know of any of these courses, tell me what the subjects are, how easy or hard the courses are and how to register for them. thanks!

Some community colleges in California offer online classes that transfer to the UC system. Everything is done over the internet, no need to go to the college at any time. The only draw back in your case is that most all of them do have deadlines (16-18 weeks on semester). I know at the community college near me, they offer sciences, history, psychology, and more courses but it really depends on the term.
