Its been so many years , I wonder if they keep your card / name
from like childhood to when you are a adult.

Girl, I _am_ a librarian (see my 360 page) and I _worked_ in a library for almost five years. All this computer nonsense doesn't hold a candle to what's been written.

The last time I went to the library was about 1 yr ago.
No books, but I did take out some DVD movies.

I still go to the library, but it's just to check out DVD's. The last time I checked out a library book was YEARS ago. I do all my research on the internet now.

I was at the library this morning. They had a used book sale. I haven't checked out a book from the library in quite some time, though.

Monday. I needed to research a question concerning the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) as it related to a particular project I am working on. No, I did not take any books with me, only information.
I would assume (and you know what that does) that they are required to keep their records for a minimum of 7 years, like a corporate entity does.

i'm a grad student, so i go to the university library all the time. yesterday was the last time i went to the library. i haven't taken out a book since last summer, and that was for non-school reading.

I book my books online and then I go there to pick up my library books and I went there just a month ago.

last week, and yeah got out a book..... um yeah i do think you keep your library card from when you were a child, cos all our library cards have on them is, name and bar code lol and name of library.. So i assume since your name doesn't change that it doesn't either
