All big malls in Metro-Manila has a corner that caters to both informal and formal clothing, as well as long and short of those clothes types.
You have the high-end types in exclusive brand outlets in Glorietta, Green Belt 4, Rustan,s, Shangri-la Plaza, some in SM , Landmark and Robinsons. These malls can also offer the not so well known brands, but pretty enough for a party.

there is a lot in SM department stores but most of their styles are very common. try Robinson Department Store, they have more variety. YRYS and Forever 21 has good stuffs too. If you're in Manila, there's Robinson Malate and just browse the whole mall, surely you'll find the cocktail dress that will suit your taste.

Best bet would be the department store of Rustans and SM. You'll have a huge selection of choices, at affordable prices. If you are willing to spend a little more, visit the Podium, Rockwell and Gateway.

bought cocktail dresses at landmark and they have a lot of beautiful up to date designs for dresses. their prices are cheaper compared to other stores.
