It's far to easy today to get fast food and at any time of the day or night. And, it's all fattening with the wrong type of fats that clogs up the arteries.
No one can answer this question but yourself. If you're happy with your weight and size, and your doctor doesn't feel your health is in danger, that's what counts.
If you're not happy with your appearance and are over weight, then formulate a plan to loose weight with a balance diet.
BTW, if you're a few pounds over weight and your doctor doesn't feel that it's a problem, loose weight only for yourself, don't try to alter your appearance because someone else close to you wants you to.

Might be - you may need to check your BMI - body mass index - if your more than 26 % male 30% female yes definitely because above these ranges is an increased risk for heart disease, diabetes and other health problems. Check with your doctor before starting any program to better pace your weight loss with an improved diet and exercise program that will help you reach goals but will not cause other health problems

I was watching this segment on Oprah and she had doc Oz up there and he said that a mans waist should not be any larger that 35 inches. He said the shorter the man, the smaller his waist should be. I believe he said 32 inches for women for anybody wondering.

hey man,
I hear yah! I have the same probem, But I am going back to the swimming, and joining a gym to shave those few extra pounds off. ul feel much better about yourself and also ul be able to see your feet (aswell as a few other things) again.
Stick with it man.

I don't know about you needing to shed a few pounds but my mate is convinced that he needs to, only today he was telling me that he's got so fat he has to get out of bed at night just to turn over!

If you cant see your privates.....then you should shed some inches off the wasteline. Get in touch with a nutritionist and they will help get your weight goal.

just train it out if you say you cant loose it then your dumb what ever you set your mind do you can do nothing is impossible theres varoius ways to get wieght of you fast in a number of weeks... just take care of your body and it will take care of you it no biggie dont sweat it
