At first I thought maybe she wasn't pregnant at all, but some people had the idea maybe it is a metor baby or a baby created by Lex, using Clarke's blood. Any way, I hope we find out soon.

I think it's a meteor freak experiment for Lex. And considering all the action with the scientist, I'd say that's about right.
In the end, something will happen and the baby won't survive because Lex doesn't have a child.

I think Lex is shoot'in blanks and since He has always been so suspicious of Clark, I think He got ahold of His DNA and somehow 33.1'd Lana.
