You will have to consistently make improvements. But don't rely too heavily on your GPA as your SAT I, SAT II, APs and extracurriculars all play a crucial role in the college admission process.

Ivy league schools are extremely competitive schools and only accept the best of the best so I would say your chances are not very good. Sorry to be a bummer. You have to show a very good transcript and resume to get in and as far as the GPA goes I think the minimum they want you to have is a 3.8 but 4.0 is strongly recommended. They also look at your ACT and SAT scores which have to be very high and you must be in the top 5% of your graduating class.

It depends on the program you are trying complete - it is a good GPA however if you are looking at a career that requires a Masters than you will need to ensure that you maintain it - think about extra curricular activities, your statement of purpose, interview and SAT scores - GRE/GMAT for grade school - and no it is not too early to plan and practice for these activities.
