What is the best sounding non-turboed engien.
Car engiens 4-8 cil.
Someting respectivly cheap.
opinions please.

Any of the 6 cylinder BMWs with a performance exhaust system. They go back as far as 1984 or 1985. Good ones, however, may not be respectively cheap.

Inline 6 cylinder engines from GM with split exhaust manifold.
from the 50's and 60's.

Ford 302 (5.0L) with Flowmaster exhaust is my all time favorite sound.
