I have very dark circles under my eyes as well. Many people think (perhaps because it is most common) that dark eye circles only happen because of lack of sleep. I get plenty of sleep, but they're always still there! There are several ways that actually helped me so far:
1. applying moisturizer underneath my eyes at before I went to bed.
2. Because eye circles have the characteristics of bruises, apply ice or cold water to the under eye before bed and when you wake up.
3. Changing the diet a little so more protien can be allowed to fix the "bruises" overtime.
4. If you are a woman, a light colored concealer works. Try to get lighter than your skin tone so the concealer doesn't look yellowish as the day progresses.
5. Massage the under eye so blood can circulate better.
6. I know I contradicted this before, but a minimum of 8 hours of sleep is necessary.

Dark circles under the eyes can be caused by a lack of circulation in that area. Get yourself an eye gel or eye cream that is formulated for dark circles and use it every night and morning. The circles will fade over time.
Also - lots of water, a good multivitamin, cut down on sugar and salt.

By using a liquid concealer (generally 2 shades lighter than your skin tone), dab in dots underneath your eye. Clinique also has a great product line (called CX) that helps with dark circles. You should also use a little bit of a white/beige eyeliner in the inner corners of your eyes to make them appear more awake and taking the focus off the dark circles. Good Luck!

Prevention is the high-quality medication. Eye circles are precipitated via fatigue, allergic reactions and genetics. You can not do a lot approximately your genes, however you'll get tons of sleep and take antihistamines whilst hypersensitive reaction season moves. There are powerful moisturizers in your undereyes. Just follow them each and every morning and they're going to curb the darkish circles. Applying bloodless presses like eye packs and bloodless spoons can scale back probably the most puffiness as good. Even with all that, a few persons are not ready to wholly eliminate them, however a minimum of you'll scale back them vastly.
