14$ per hour reasonable and fair

depending,if you reporting it to the taxoffice
if so ,you should give her enough ,to have het net income,around 10 dollars a hour.
and also 10 dollars a hour ,if you pay her ,just like that,if she is hard working and only in for 2 hours or so.

It all depends on the size of the house. $7/hr. for a 2brm.1bath
house seems fair to me.
