Pathological - Psychological Either one. A person who is unable to stop. Someone who is unable to tell the difference between Reality and the non. Liars thats juts the start. Some are unable to stop it becomes second nature.

Never heard the expression "Psychological liar".
I have, however, heard the term "Pathological liar" - one who lies
because he or she can't help it and/or doesn't see "right and wrong"
as reasons to not do it.
