cover it with some soft tape and if you want to hide it fully just wear a shirt or top.

Wear a shirt that covers it up. If it sticks out, just tape it down.

..wear a top over it, or put a large bandage over it and say you triped and grazed yourself, what do you want to hide it for, you can always risk ahving it out... and putting foundation over it.
