It is the ability see the whole field, without giving away your intent, and then throwing to the right receiver. Some have it, some do not. In the pros Montana had it, in college Matt Leinart had it. This talent can outweigh some deficiencies. You can overcome your shortcomings like being slow of foot, even not throwing the perfect spiral. Joe Kapp of the Vikings was very short of talent but he could read the field.

if u wanna be quarterback then u should practice on throwing good when u are under pressure such as if someone is coming at u and about to tackle u and try to throw far and good passes and if you are fast that will help you get out of pressure but if you are really fast and can catch good then why dont you try receiver or if your fast and you can take hits then try running back
