I am broken off with my sons dad b/c he wanted to fulfill his sexual needs with somebody closer to him. Anyway, today he was on the phone with our son and at first I picked up as usual and talked to him about what we're doing when he called and then I gave the phone to our son.
During their conversation I could hear someone just pressing buttons and it wasn't our son, I took the phone and it wasn't him, but it was his jealous ***** being stupid and immature. It had to be cuz he tried to play it off when I asked who was doing that like my son was still on the phone. I know she is very jealous of me b/c he tells me that and that they argue every time he speaks to me.
Now why would a "grown woman" do that mess to a 9 yr old? I have told the man to keep her in check and that if she continues that petty crap he can't call here. What would do if you were him or me?
BTW, he is tired of her sh!t but afraid to go to jail if he tries to kick her out b/v he is a felon and she threatend him.

Well, first if he's not happy with her - despite the threats, I'd kick her out. But that's just me.
As for what I'd do in your position - I'd probably march over there and go face-to-face with her and tell her to GROW UP. If she wants to be a jerk while you're on the phone - fine, but don't take it out on a nine year old! How childish can you get?? Inform her that she made the decision to date a father and that's something she needs to learn to accomodate.
I know that might not be the Christian way to handle it (but at least I'm not suggesting to knock her out), but I think you need to let her know that you're going to let her stand in the way your son and his father having a relationship.

Really that is your exs place to handle him immature girl friend and all that other stuff is just and excuse If he hasnt done anything to go to jail for then he has nothing to worry about. Tell him u expect him to fix the situation or he needs to call his son when she isnt around or come visit without her.

When your ex calls to talk to your son, Have him call when the other woman is not around. Other wise just hang up the phone and say I don't have to take this.

tell him to have her legally evicted. tell him to get out of this mess before she does turn him in for something he didn't do. no she should not mess with your son in any way shape or form. have him put a pfa out on her
