Men are not as eloquent and expressive as women usually are. They are not always ready to talk too, so they feel like talking only when they are in the mood to do so, and then fib as a way to soothe for their past behavior.

Girl, let me tell you about men. You never call them! Let them come sniff you out. And that way--you'll know that you have the upperhand. Honey you got to think like a man! Believe me, guys like it when you can compete with them on a rational level :) Be strong, be forceful. Don't call him, DO YOU! Find other things to do and believe me--he'll notice and start acting crazy...trying to sniff you out---trust me on this one sister!
