I'm 17 and if I can how do I tell the landlord that I am emancipated? Thankx

You can rent. By being emmancipated you are considered an adult. However, it is at the discretion of the landlord to decide if he is willing to give an apartment and the responsibility that goes with it to a 17 year-old. Apartment complexes are privately owned and they can decide who they want to rent a room to. I know this is not good news, but try to go for it anyways. Like many have said, take the judicial documentation with you. Ask around, you may find better luck.

Since only the judge and court can emancipate you, you will have a copy of the court order showing that you are, so merely supply a copy of that to the landlord

Yes you can, but landlords CAN turn you down. I suggest you show them a copy of your judgment, declaring your emancipation.
