America doesn't control Columbia, or Mexico, they now control Afghanistan and can now control the product and shipping. When was the last time the DEA stopped and searched a battle ship for drugs, never. What about a military transport plane, never. What is the purpose of the National Drug Czar, to regulate the flow of drugs that enter this country.

No it's not... Look at South America and East Asia! Infact, most of the USA's Cocaine comes over from the Phillipines. Same w/ Canada's coke. You might want to check your statistics again.
