Agreed. I should have used washable cloth towels to wipe up the styrofoam-cupped Dunkin Donuts coffee I spilled in my Hummer H2 this morning while doing 80 on I-25 this morning.

Of course we are killing the enviroment. Every time someone starts their car or throws trash out the window it is killing the enviroment a little bit more...add that up to a billion people doing it and it really gets disturbing. There are measures that we can all take though to help reduce the effects of living on this rock though such as not driving alone, recycling anything recyclable (we do cans but that is about it right now) and of course try not to do damage where it can be prevented. Even engery conservation is a help so turn off lights when you leave a room or don't blare the tv and radio at once for instance. I agree with you.

Recycling plants burns more energy than the plants that produces the same product new.
Wanna save the world? Turn off your computer that is gridded to the power plant, dismantle you hot water heater, and do not buy one more packaged product.
Do that and maybe, just maybe we wont die from nice warm spring days.

A great deal of people don't want to deal with anything unpleasant. Just the possibility that we're damaging our own home is something they can't even process. They go into "rationalize and protect" mode. They rationalize the warning away to protect their perfect little world -- complete with Hummers and energy-deficient showcases.

well in some places we don't have a recycling bin around every corner the closest one to my home is an hour away i don't see me driving an hour to sort my trash
maybe they should hire people to do that atleast it would be more jobs in an area
but i think i would much rather destory it then to keep having our so called political people to do it for me and we are paying them to destory whats left

The landfills do but as far as the car I'm guilty as charged. I would hate walking everywhere I had to go. Plus would hate carrying everything I brought home.

Actually if every person on the planet suddenly recycled and no one used motorized transportation any longer it would make no difference to the environment. We've already f*cked it up beyond all repair. (sadly)

nicely definitely the "gas" produced by means of cows does not be any such enormous scale in the event that they weren't getting mass produced to feed us human beings. the reason there are any such good sort of cows and their gas is any such intense point is the great sort of cows they could make, milk and pork products for any such good sort of human beings. If greater human beings have been vegetarian do you think of human beings might have 1000's of cows on 1000's of farms? no they does not. additionally it truly is advisable to examine slightly greater on possibilities to meat, in simple terms nutrients smart to confirm that it truly is surely healthful to not devour meat and each little thing we get from meat like protein to illustrate we are able to get from a non meat determination. in case you devour meat or not, i in my opinion do not care yet you may not truly argue that we stability the planet out by means of eating meat it truly is messing up our planet because of the fact persons are making mass parts of meat to devour, that's one enormous circle fact, lol
