by click, you mean miles, right? I assume you've had your oil changed 2 or 3 times. Not much else is needed until 30,000 miles. The owner's manual has a maintenance schedule. If you don't have it, look for one on the internet for your car. Check the manufacturer's website first if it's a recent car.

Depends on the car and your definition of "service". There is a device installed in your car that will tell you the answer, it's called the OWNERS MANUAL!-- READ IT! I hope you've changed the oil twice already and will be doing so at 12000 miles errr "clicks". If you haven't you may have voided the warranty! It amazes me how people will figure out the radio before ever touching the owners manual!

call the dealer when the car gets to 14000 miles and set up a day and time that why you wont go over the 15000 click

Just for those who are obviously uneducated as to the fact other countries use different system for measurment, a "click" is 1 Kilometer. 11,000 Kilometers = 6,835.4 Miles.
But, with that information I suggest you service it now.
