You can buy composted cow manure by the bagful at Home Depot.

check in ur area and see if there is any mushroom farms in ur area. They sell the used compost for a reasonable rate. It is a lot cheaper than buying it in bags. Here in Oklahoma we can get it for around 25$ for a pickup load.
