Taking out the 'superior' part is not that simple.

Fascism is more than just nationlism and elements of socialism combined. Its an extreme form of nationalism that demands loyalty to the state. As a state-centred ideology, it demands a strong central government which determines the needs of the country. It has no tolerance for democratic institutions or for questioning the right of the state to make decisions.

Fascists believe in the dicatorship of the nationalist government - there is no other political party or purpose than serving the state. Anyone who disagrees with that is an enemy - not only of the party but of the state.

Because it is nationalistic, it allows the state to determine what is good for the nation and therefore 'what is the nation' - and here is the crux of Fascism - it allows the state - the dictatorship - to determine 'who belongs in the state' - who is the 'people' And thats when the 'superiority' and the evil start as 'enemies' or people that dont belong - need to be removed.

Fascism is more than just superiority - its defining who belongs and who doesnt belong. And when its the decision of a few people, then that is morally wrong to determine who should be a citizen and who should just disappear.

Fascism tolerates no opposition to the ruling party. Only one political party is allowed. If you disagree with them, you are killed, tortured or imprisoned. The state comes before all individuals. Fascism flies in the face of human needs, desires, aspirations and human rights. It also discourages new ideas, some of which are good. It also creates a society where people stop thinking critically, and where they simply report their neighbours for anything "unpatriotic". Fascism ultimately leads to murder.

NO!

Fascism is a rather complicated system of government , but it stresses a blind devotion to your nation and nationalism that would lead to jingoism. I mean following the laws of your country and loving isn't a horrible thing. However, if one lacks critical thought and the country never questions the motives of those in charge it can lead to abuse of power.
