why many vvips ,like P.M/C.Metc spend/weaste time in laying fondation stones for projects,which never come up?

Laying founadation stones gives much much coverage in the public to the politicians,which inturn leads to the working styleof an individual..........like they are working accordingly to the public requirements,any way i can understand your concerns.....there should be change in public,than we can expect change in politicians.......as we cast our vote and feels like our task is completed.......all the best.
