Mobile Suit Gundam Wing is the show itself, 49 episodes about 20 minutes each. Endless Waltz is the movie that follows the series, sort of a sequel, that gives background to the Gundam pilots that was never given in the course of the show itself, while wrapping up the storyline. Amazing anime. ^_^ I've been watching it on and off all week.

First you have the 49 episodes TV series known as Gundam Wing. Then came out in video Gundam Wing Endless Waltz which consists in 3 episodes of 30 minutes. For the US market, these 3 episodes were made into movie and some scenes were added.
In normaly takes place after the series even though the Gundams completly are different from the TV series. It has a good soundtrack.

endless waltz is a movie shortly after wing ends and the gundam are launched into the sun .....according to my son who is a gundam nut
