Any John Grisham book turned into movie will do ya' good!
I also enjoyed A Few Good Men....which was the best likeness of military lawyers I have ever seen. (Jack Nicholson hit the Commanding Officer gig right on the nose)
"From the Hip", Judd Nelson. It is an older one, but I still remember enjoying it.

Ghosts of Mississippi is a really great movie about a trial for the murder of civil rights worker Medgar Evans...It has Alec Baldwin and Whoopi Goldberg in it.
Of course, Legally Blonde is always a great choice too :)

Inherit the Wind starring Spencer Tracy is my favorite, it is about the Scopes Monkey Trial and Tracy plays the role that is supposed to be Clarence Darrow.
"To Kill a Mockingbird" is a great one as well.
