I fell of my bike yesterday and grazed up my hands pretty bad,
I wiped the area clean with alcohol and pulled out all the gravel, and then got some gauze & bandage tape and have taped up my hands, and then re-applied clean gauze and tape this morning, they hurt quiet a bit and the skin looked pruny from being taped, should I let them breathe a bit or keep them taped till they heal?? (the pressure of the tape stops the grazes hurting so much) any adivce would be much appreciated :) thanks

keep them clean, and do not let them dry out, use neosporin - one they begin to heel and are not open use lotion to keep them moist so they heal

Oooo ... nasty. Make sure they're clean of debris then apply some aloe vera, if you have some, or medicated ointment. You can tape them up but not much longer that for a day and then let them breathe, so to speak and try not to over-use them. If you use aloe, don't tape them up at all. Let the wounds heal. It will all pass in due time.

I would soak them twice a day in salty water
leave in the water 20 mins or so
salty water is great
if you need to work throughout the day I would cover them & after you bathe them near bed time leave uncovered
but I'm no Dr & if they are real bad go to a dr
edit
second thoughts
thinking myself how a bandaid stops pain at times keep them covered til the pain goes a fair bit but don't have it real tight
you poor thing

ouch. when ever we scape our selves up we wash the wounds with soap and water use twizzers to remove any gravel or debrie
then we use q-tip to apply campho pheneik and put bandaids on the deepest ones. Until scabs form we keep bandaids on it once scabs form we leave the bandaid off but continue putting campho on 2-3 times a day. if it looks pruney then it has gotten damp or sweaty and needs some air

i think it would be in your best interest for you to wash the area clean with Betadine Soap, always used by medical professionals, and wipe the area dry with sterile gauze pads and then just continue with a twice a day clean-up being sure that you apply a triple-antibiotic ointment to the wounded area. then cover

You might try an OTC topical anesthetic cream like Neosporin or something like that to help with the pain and to help it heal. Talk to a pharmacist to find one that will work for you.
